Callus (by PRSPCTV AS) Community Guidelines

Callus is a fitness community built around supporting each other’s progress. These guidelines apply to all social features, including:

• activity feeds and workout posts
• comments and reactions
• workout photos
• usernames, display names, and profile content
• squads, including squad chat and squad challenges
• leagues and leaderboards
• shared workouts and shared programs

Be Respectful

• Treat others with kindness and respect
• Celebrate others’ achievements — everyone starts somewhere
• Give constructive encouragement, not criticism
• Respect differences in training styles, experience levels, and goals

Prohibited Content

The following is not allowed:

• Harassment or bullying: Targeting, intimidating, or demeaning other users
• Hate speech: Content that attacks individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Offensive content: Sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material
• Spam: Unsolicited promotion, advertising, or repetitive content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake accounts
• Dangerous advice: Promoting unsafe training practices, substances, or extreme dieting that could cause harm
• Personal information: Sharing others’ private information without consent

Usernames and Profiles

• Usernames must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language
• Profile avatars must be appropriate for all audiences
• Do not impersonate other users, public figures, or brands

Reporting

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines:

• Use the in-app report feature on any post, comment, photo, squad message, or profile
• You can also block another user, which stops them from interacting with you
• Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly — we aim to review reported content within 24 hours
• False or abusive reporting may result in action against the reporter

Enforcement

Violations may result in:

1. Content removal
2. Temporary restriction from social features
3. Permanent account suspension for severe or repeated violations

We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to maintain a safe community.
